Similar share. Tech: In relation to an agreement
of partnership, such as shirkah, mudarabah, muzarah, musaqah,
etc., it is the share of the parties to agreement in the profit,
in case the original agreement turns fasid for any reason. In
such cases each one is given nasib al-mithl: the familiar share
or the share which is known and acceptable in similar cases in
the society.
